Pee Is PEEEEEeeeeeeeee

There is something good about cleaning up rabbit poop, it comes in nice little small pebble size droppings. You can sweep them up and even pick it up without getting any residual leftovers on your hands. Autumn of course does the whole thing with rubber gloves and everything else possible to keep any of it off her skin. But pee is just pee, it flows all over when unrestrained. Let a rabbit out of the pen for a minute and within 2 minutes you better plan on cleaning up rabbit pee. And FYI-rabbits have an incredible large bladder at least this one seems to.
When Eddy was younger, he had a dream of being a Forester because he wanted to be close to wild animals until he went on a week long workshop as a youth with the Forestry Department in WI and guess how they count the wild animals?..................................that's right, they count poop! WHAT???? He was out in the woods and instead of "looking" for animals, they were seeking out piles of poop. That really dashed his childhood dream.
Well, in our home we can count our rabbit now, because we are finding poop around here and there. Our "Blacktop" is teaching us a few lessons on the value of having a barn to keep animals in.
Here are some real live pictures of our Blacktop girl!

Oh my gosh, keep them outside. Have you had any luck finding their owners.
